About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a key member of our Cardiology department, you will provide high-quality support to physicians in meeting the medical needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under general supervision, provide high-quality support to physicians in meeting the medical needs of patients.
  • Complete paperwork, such as ordering lab tests, x-rays, school/work notes, etc.
  • Respond to patient questions and concerns as liaison between physician and patient.
  • Perform other projects and duties as related to department objectives.
Requirements
  • Current IL RN licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting, but may consider new grad under specific circumstances
