Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Care Dynamics, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a Journeymans card or 7+ years of direct experience working with manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical work on CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial systems, working with voltages ranging from 24V DC to 480V.
  • Operate with PLCs (preferably Allen Bradley) and CNC controllers such as Fanuc and Siemens.
  • Address issues with proximity switches, light screens, safety circuits, motors, and frequency drives.
Requirements
  • Journeymans card or 7+ years of relevant industrial electrician experience.
  • Expertise with manufacturing equipment, not facilities.
  • Proficiency with high and medium voltage systems, PLCs, and CNC machinery.
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical circuits and systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens controllers, and program frequency drives is preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: $40 per hour with an additional $1 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
  • Overtime Opportunities: 1.5x pay for overtime and Saturdays, 2x pay for Sundays and holidays.
  • Shift Options: 2nd shift (2 PM - 10 PM) or 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM), with potential overtime required 2-3 Saturdays per month.
