At ManTech International Corporation, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality.
  • Design and develop user interfaces, determine design methodologies, complete programming, and design and conduct testing.
  • Oversee the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
  • Integrate various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices.
  • Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware, and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • One of the following: CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering/software development.
Clearance Requirements:
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
