Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and make decisions that impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
- Document patient care in the medical record.
- Coordinate overall care of the patient, including collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple patients simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, providing emotional support and education.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
- 1-2 years of experience in ICU or PCU/IMCU.
- Intermediate or progressive care experience.
- Experience with temporary pacing, balloon pump, and Impella.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
