Bonner General Health seeks an experienced Inpatient and Outpatient Claims Manager to lead our Patient Financial Services team in managing hospital claims and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Managing inpatient and outpatient claims with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Developing and implementing effective billing processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Patient Financial Services team to ensure accurate financial processing
Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of business office experience, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
