First Choice Wealth & Retirement is seeking a highly skilled Retirement Planner to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing information flow, answering client calls and emails, and participating in marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in live and virtual marketing events to promote our services
  • Run virtual and in-person consultations to assess client needs and goals
  • Build retirement plans that match client needs and priorities
  • Research and quote products for clients, including health, medicare, life, and annuity
  • Communicate with clients and carriers to ensure proper paperwork is received and in good order

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, preferably in a financial services office
  • Life and Health Insurance License required, Series 65 preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality a must

Benefits:

  • $40k - $50k base salary plus commission and bonuses
  • 100% paid health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days
  • PTO, vacation time, and paid holidays after 90 days
  • 401k with a match after 12 months

Work Environment:

  • Office setting, with a collaborative and dynamic team
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Financial planning experience required, preferably in a financial services office

License/Certification:

  • Life and Health Insurance License required, Series 65 preferred

Ability to Relocate:

  • Relocation to Winter Park, FL required before starting work
