We provide customized one-on-one training programs, mentorship, and support to all new staff members, ensuring their success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Providing English-Spanish interpretation and preparing written reports and Personal Plans in both languages
  • Advocating for individuals and their guardians, ensuring they have access to the necessary services and support
  • Completing required records and forms in a timely manner
  • Coordinating home and community visits to meet the needs of the individual and their family
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum one-year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
  • Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in English and Spanish
  • Ability to translate documents from English to Spanish and interpret conversations from English to Spanish
  • Eligible for QIDP status, with certification provided by Service Inc
  • Valid Driver's License, Insurance, and reliable transportation
