Auto Appraiser

At Travelers Insurance, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As an Auto Appraiser, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive fair and accurate settlements for their auto claims.

• Inspect and evaluate auto physical damage claims, including collision, comprehensive, and property damage claims
• Negotiate and settle claims with customers and repair facilities
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed claim files
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to claim professionals on claim damages and optimal outcomes
• Participate in our Catastrophe Response Program, which may include deployment away from home for extended periods

• High School Degree or GED with a minimum of one year auto appraisal experience
• Valid Driver's License
• State appraiser and claim handling licenses (where applicable)
• Two years of auto appraisal experience preferred; prior experience with insurance carrier preferred

• Competitive salary range: $61,600.00 - $101,600.00
