We seek a dedicated and self-sufficient clinical expert to conduct psychiatric and substance use assessments for participants in collaboration with local law enforcement.

Position Overview

  • Accompany emergency response personnel to critical incidents and foster a supportive and organized atmosphere. Act as a clinical intermediary for law enforcement staff.
  • Perform psychiatric and substance use assessments for individuals and families across various environments.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services, including case management and therapeutic counseling.
  • Build connections with community resources and guide individuals to suitable support services.
  • Stay updated on managed care frameworks and share pertinent information with team members.
  • Engage in training sessions for law enforcement and team colleagues.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a counseling-related field with a minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle are essential.
  • Exceptional skills in intake and assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to engage with diverse populations.
