The Radiation Therapist will perform therapeutic procedures at a technical level as outlined in the Department Policy and Procedures Manual. This role supports the Mission and Philosophy of Powers Health, recognizing the dignity and worth of human life in daily activities.
Education and Experience Requirements- Successful completion of an accredited course study in Radiation Oncology Technology.
- Preferred ARRT(T) registered or meets eligibility requirements for examination. Examination must be completed within one year of eligibility.
- Maintains CPR certification.
- Obtains continuing education credits as required.
This role requires the knowledge and skills necessary to provide for adolescent, adults, and geriatric patients/family served. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the hospital's mission and values.
