Job Overview

The Porter is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our common areas, vacant apartments, and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and exterior spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform light maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs and air conditioner filters.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or repairs needed.

Requirements
