Overview

MRG Exams is a leading provider of Independent Medical Exams, serving the nation's veterans. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor.

About the Role

This is an in-person position that requires the successful candidate to perform medical assessments on United States veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program, hold an active and unrestricted psychology license, and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure web portal, conduct comprehensive assessments in person with each veteran, and complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the portal.

The licensed psychologist will not make disability determinations, but rather provide findings that the U.S. Veterans Administration will use in making its decisions.

Schedule

This role is available 5 days a week, 8 am - 4 pm, and is limited to performing Disability Assessments on veterans only.
