Job Details:

Position Requirements:
  • Valid VA License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience with both adult and NICU patients
  • Proficiency in neonatal ventilation, SIPAP, high flow, and jet ventilation
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Patient Care:
This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including adults and Level III NICU patients, with potential exposure to pediatric cases in the ER.

Areas of Responsibility:
The position encompasses duties on the floor, in the ICU, NICU, and ER settings.

Equipment Utilization:
Familiarity with various respiratory therapy equipment is essential, including:
  • Servo I, S, and U
  • V60, HT-70
  • Resmed, Optiflow
  • Volara, Therapy vest, SIPAP

All pay rates are estimates based on qualifications and experience. The weekly gross pay is calculated based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amounts to be determined.
