Position Summary:
The Senior Security Engineering Specialist collaborates with Business Sales to promote T-Mobile for Business products and services, utilizing extensive technical expertise and industry insight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in pre-sales activities by consulting with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Design and architect tailored solutions, providing technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Act as a technical leader within the Solution Engineering team, focusing on security applications and design.
- Develop and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to meet specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to provide insights and support special projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in telecommunications and pre-sales solution engineering, with a proven track record in secure cloud services and related technologies.
- Strong technical documentation and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex designs to diverse audiences.

Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry certifications in security and collaboration technologies are advantageous.

Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be required for this position.

Compensation Range:
The target cash pay range for this role is between $131,600 and $237,400, inclusive of target incentives, with a base pay range of $92,120 to $166,180, depending on various factors including location and experience.
