Key Responsibilities:

This role involves conducting audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs) with moderate complexity. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing various technology audit tests during audit engagements.
  • Utilizing analytical skills and technical expertise to fulfill assigned audit responsibilities and identify automation opportunities.
  • Independently managing audit test work, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Identifying control weaknesses, engaging with management, and initiating recommendations for improvement.
  • Demonstrating project management capabilities.
  • Raising concerns and suggesting severity ratings for identified issues.
  • Evaluating the impact of issues on business processes and controls, recommending appropriate actions.
  • Building strong relationships with business partners, primarily engaging with line management.
  • Exercising critical thinking to influence management positively.
  • Consistently seeking process improvements and challenging existing practices.
  • Supporting team development and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
  • Previous experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure and application control processes, along with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn and analyze processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to articulate insights effectively.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A creative thinker capable of developing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • CISA, IIA, or similar certifications.
  • Additional technology knowledge or certifications are a plus.
