Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of West Palm Beach FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality disaster recovery and property restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and equipment.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule and be accessible by phone as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work a rotational on-call schedule with potential for nights/weekends and overtime.
