About the Role

Fifth Third Bank, National Association is seeking a skilled and results-driven Preferred Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining bank customers, with a focus on our Preferred Program customers and mass affluent prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact and service customers to acquire and grow their business with Fifth Third Bank.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments of prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Engage partners to fulfill client financial needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.
  • Utilize the Retail Consultative Sales process to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with internal sales partners to increase referral opportunities and provide needs-based solutions to customers.
  • Build deep relationships with customers to earn their trust and become a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and referral goals, working in partnership with our Investment Executive team.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a sales environment, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements.
  • Series 6, 63, and insurance licenses required.
  • Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire.
