Healthcare Liaison

About the Role
Become a Healthcare Liaison at Behavioral Health Services North Inc, where you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless patient care. As a skilled Triage Nurse Coordinator, you will provide expert health screening, coordination of health referrals, and work closely with prescribers and staff in our Adult and Child/Family Clinics, PROS and Crisis programs.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate individual with excellent engagement, organizational, and communication skills. You should be able to work flexibly, providing medical advice to patients with varying degrees of mental health diagnosis and educating them about alternative methods of symptom management.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A NYS Department of Education Registered Professional Nurse certification
• CPR certification
• Excellent engagement, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work with electronic database management systems
