PEAK Technical Staffing USA is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Civil/Structural Designer to join our team. As a CAD Draftsperson for Land Development, you will be responsible for performing CAD drafting using survey field data, preparing land development drawings, and creating site/civil details and exhibits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CAD drafting using survey field data to create accurate and detailed drawings.
- Prepare land development drawings, including grading, utility, and stormwater management/erosion & sediment control plans.
- Create site/civil details and exhibits to support construction and development projects.
- Provide construction as-built drawings to ensure accurate documentation of completed projects.
- Support office tasks in collaboration with the field team to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Meet scheduling and productivity objectives to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD drafting principles.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the field team.
