Family Nurse Practitioner

Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in our pediatric and family medicine department.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to children and families, including well-child visits, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with children and families in a pediatric or family medicine setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
