Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst I to join our team at PECNA Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America. As a PMO Analyst I, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management office by gathering, analyzing, and monitoring project data, preparing and consolidating project reports, and managing program communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in documenting and managing PMO processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Consolidate project status reports for management review and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Set up and organize weekly meetings to ensure timely progress updates
  • On-board and train new resources on PMO processes and expectations
  • Develop and manage cross-program communications to ensure effective collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
