Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.
About the JobAs an LPN with Maxim Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, utilizing your nursing skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
