Production Assembler - 1st Shift (5 Day x 8 Hour Shift)

Job Overview

If you thrive in a manufacturing environment, enjoy assembling products, and are skilled with power tools, we have numerous job openings for you. While prior manufacturing experience is beneficial, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities for Assembly Roles:

  • Assemble and complete various products for Dynatect.
  • Measure, cut, bond, and assemble a variety of products.
  • Utilize machines and hand tools, both manual and pneumatic.
  • Perform minor machine operations.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Interpret blueprints and job cards to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keep the workstation and department clean and organized as required.
  • Engage actively in team meetings and other company discussions.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned within the department and company.
  • Be available for overtime as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Exhibit excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Stand for two-thirds or more of the workday.
  • Use hands for grasping, holding, or pinching for two-thirds or more of the workday.
  • Extend arms and hands in various directions for two-thirds or more of the workday.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis, depending on the assembler position.

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and a pre-placement physical with a lift test is required.

Note: Only candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this position will be considered for interviews.
