Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of skilled pediatric care professionals. As a RN/LVN, you will provide 1:1 care to our pediatric patients, working flexible schedules to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize electronic charting using KanTime to document patient care and progress
- Participate in education and clinical training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
