About the Role

This Full-Time School Physical Therapist Assistant position is now available at Soliant Health. As a dynamic member of our team, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
  • Collaborate closely with licensed physical therapists, educators, and other school staff to ensure optimal care and progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy techniques tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Requirements
  • An active PTA license in Massachusetts is required.
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
  • A dedication to helping students achieve their physical and functional goals is crucial.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $45 to $65 per hour, guaranteed hours. The estimated caseload is approximately 25 students per PTA, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
