As a Dialysis Care Provider, you will work in a dynamic hospital setting, providing lifesaving care to patients in need.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing nephrology care through Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis
- Working with a team of clinicians to deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities
- Overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup

Requirements for this role include:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
