  • Store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and package individual place settings for guests, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing them in designated pickup areas.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, using hand trucks or by hand.
  • Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
  • Follow all designated uniform, grooming, safety, and sanitation rules and regulations, maintaining a professional and clean appearance at all times.
  • Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisors, ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Train new employees on kitchen procedures and protocols, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Multi-task oriented with excellent interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
  • Proficient in speaking and understanding English, with auditory and visual skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Competent skills necessary to safely maintain and operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, coffee machines, steamers, mixers, and chef's knives.
Work Environment

This is an hourly paid position with varying days and hours of work according to business hours and job requirements. Our business operates seven days a week, with hours starting as early as 9 AM and going as late as 2 AM depending on the work required.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
