About the Role
- Greet guests as they enter, manage waiting lists, and provide menus and information upon request.
- Show guests to their tables, accommodate seating preferences, and maintain table rotation for efficient server allocation.
- Engage with guests, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings and contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
