We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Deli team as a Freezer and Cooler Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety of our facility by following all safety standards and procedures. This includes conducting regular safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and reporting any unsafe situations to management.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area. This includes properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

You will also provide exceptional Member service by acknowledging Members and identifying their needs, locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products to Members, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. Additionally, you will follow Company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise, cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area, monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management.
