Position Overview:
As a Breast Imaging Specialist, you will play a vital role in the Imaging Services department at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, providing essential diagnostic services and care for our female patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting screening and diagnostic mammographic procedures for physician evaluation.

We seek a detail-oriented and committed individual with a strong grasp of technical imaging procedures, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare to the residents of Hawai'i.

Location:
Wilcox Medical Center, Lihue, HI

Work Schedule:
Rotating - 8 Hours

Compensation:
Starting Hourly Rate: 40.22

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current Hawai'i Radiologic Technologist license.
  • A valid American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card.
  • Registered Mammography Technologist (RT)(M) certification with the ARRT (to be obtained within one year of hire).
  • At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) and one year of experience as a Mammography Technologist are preferred.
