Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Floating Call Center/Front Desk Associate to join our team at ImageCare Radiology. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and patient care to our patients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of the medical field. Experience in customer service and medical office settings is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors in person or over the phone
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and consistent manner
  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Registering new patients and updating existing patient demographics
  • Facilitating patient flow and communicating with patients and clinical staff
  • Responding to patient inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Keeping medical office supplies stocked and monitoring office equipment
  • Protecting patient confidentiality and securing protected health information
  • Confirming patient preps and appointments in a timely manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to commute to Sussex sites
  • Availability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, with guaranteed hours
  • Customer service and medical office experience preferred
