About This Role

We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and physically agile individual to join our team as a Custodial Technician. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our associates and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized facility, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as dusting and polishing surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and debris, and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replenishing supplies and notifying management of any issues.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for events and meetings, and provide support for chapel services and floral arrangements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines is essential.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
