Branch Office Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Support Professional to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized service to meet their needs.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive business growth, working closely with the financial advisor to develop strategies and implement plans.
- Marketing and Events: Plan and execute marketing activities, including events and promotions, to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the financial advisor and other branch team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial services and markets, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in current and new office technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
