Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced School Psychologist to work with students in pre-kindergarten through high school. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychoeducational assessments, interventions, and counseling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify academic, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
  2. Provide individual and group counseling to address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavior management, and social skills.
  3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans.
  4. Offer consultation to staff on classroom management, student behavior, and academic interventions.
  5. Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including risk assessments and emergency support.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff.
