Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on public and private sector projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, structural concrete, mechanical systems, and water/wastewater projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
