Appraisal Specialist

About the Role:

Vision Government Solutions Inc. is seeking highly skilled Appraisal Specialists to join our Reassessment team in Northern VA.

We are looking for individuals who can accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the physical characteristics of real estate properties
• Gather and record property data
• Submit regular reports to track progress
• Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment

Requirements:

• Located in Northern VA with reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to climb stairs and carry equipment (5-10 lbs.)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
