We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Randstad. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as grinding, milling, and turning.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand job requirements.
- Translate technical instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
- Load and unload parts onto machines, ensuring correct setup and alignment.
- Conduct test runs to verify machine output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize production and achieve desired results.
- Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.
- 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $48,000 - $62,400 per year.
