CNC Machinist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Randstad. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as grinding, milling, and turning.
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand job requirements.
  • Translate technical instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
  • Load and unload parts onto machines, ensuring correct setup and alignment.
  • Conduct test runs to verify machine output meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize production and achieve desired results.
  • Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
