We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyzing data to create a plan of care and implementing treatment.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, consistent with state practice and Bon Secours Mercy Health policies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Act as a patient safety advocate, participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
- Associate of Nursing, nursing degree (required) or Diploma in Nursing (required).
