Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Florence, SC. As a Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of SC.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Step Down Unit.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
