Job Overview

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated tests in CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop effective test strategies and automation processes.
  • Establish quality and test automation best practices and standards, and train global teams on adoption and governance.
  • Write clear and concise test cases, identify and document bugs, and track issues.
  • Implement security, performance, and load testing to ensure robust software solutions.
  • Work within agile teams to deliver quality solutions and document recurring issues and possible solutions.
  • Interface and collaborate with other departments to foster team building and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong quality and development background with experience in test automation.
  • Experience writing and executing complex functional and system-level test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Experience developing complex test automation, scripts, and/or automation frameworks.
  • Experience incorporating test automation in CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Proficiency in C#, XAML, ASP.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, and MSMQ, with experience in troubleshooting and programming software solutions.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, and deploying via Pipelines is preferred.
  • Experience with Service Fabric, Angular, and AngularJS is preferred.
  • Experience with Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, and simulation/emulation using Digital Twin platforms is a plus.
  • Proven experience with software development life cycle, Agile teams, change management process, and version control packages.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with logical troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
