Job Description

This role will involve performing a variety of maintenance duties, maintaining the operation of the building, and ensuring a safe work environment. The successful candidate will enjoy hands-on work and possess a broad range of maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance activities and critical repairs.
  • Maintaining the operation (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) of the building.
  • Oversight of subcontractors.
  • Lending expertise to cost estimates.
  • Performing routine inspections.
  • Ensuring a safe work environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in building maintenance and electrical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, structural, and plumbing maintenance issues.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical facility drawings.
  • Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS) and Maintenance scheduling software.
