At RadNet Inland Empire, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager on technologist performance and quality.
  • Manage and coach team members, providing training, support, and motivation.
  • Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provide documentation to the Imaging Center Manager.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work appropriately across teams and departments.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and generally accepted safety protocols.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
  • Support the Imaging Center Manager in facility initiatives.
  • Act on behalf of the Imaging Center Manager when unavailable.
  • Provide input for hiring and performance evaluation of Radiology Technologist employees.
Requirements:
  • ARRT(R) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • BLS certification
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain all required quality standards
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $37.00
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm schedule
  • $10,000.00 sign-on bonus
