Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Specialist to join Gmj Garcia Inc. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about creating traditional and innovative cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking drink orders and making recommendations
• Ensuring patrons are of legal drinking age and following all relevant laws and regulations
• Collecting payment and operating the cash register
• Ordering, maintaining, and restocking inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending (desired)
• In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
