About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Kwik Trip. As a Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by assisting the Location Manager and Assistant Manager in the operations of the store and helping in the development of new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Location Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Account for all shift and daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
  • Manage product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to prevent damage or spoilage.
  • Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
