Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Epidemiologist to join our team at the National Park Medical Center. As a Nurse Epidemiologist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating isolation, aseptic, and patient care techniques. You will also collaborate with all departments to develop and update area-specific policies and procedures pertinent to infection control.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors and evaluates isolation, aseptic, and patient care techniques
- Collaborates with all departments to develop and update area-specific policies and procedures
- Tracks exposures and infections in hospital personnel
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license with the state of Arkansas
- Knowledge of adult education principles
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
