Job Description

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. Your dedication to client relations, sales-mindedness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
Qualifications
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prior sales experience preferred, with a focus on outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who can achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
