Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Chickasaw Nation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and installations
  • Ensure the upkeep of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Conduct minor preventative maintenance tasks
  • Utilize work order management systems to receive and complete tasks
  • Perform groundskeeping duties, including lawn mowing and landscaping
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Pass gaming background check and general background check
  • Standard Driver's License
  • Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
Working Conditions
  • May work in a variety of settings, including office and outdoor environments
  • May be exposed to cleaning fluids and solvents, dust, and mold
  • May be required to work at heights and in small or cramped areas
