**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality product and an exceptional guest experience. You will be the manager on duty during your shifts, responsible for opening and closing the business, and empowered to make decisions and answer all guest questions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Initiative and Proactivity**: Take the initiative in completing and delegating store tasks, ensuring that all Juicerista and Shift Leader tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • **Inventory Oversight**: Support Managers by overseeing inventory and communicating low inventory items to management. You may also be asked to source emergency inventory from a local store.
  • **Shift Management**: Scheduled for opening and/or closing shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • **Training Support**: Support in training new staff members and holding the team accountable to Clean Juice standards and procedures.
  • **Labor Cost Monitoring**: Monitor labor costs during the shift and make decisions to send staff members home if sales are lower than expected.
  • **Cash Handling**: Handle and close out the cash drawer, and potentially make deposits at the bank before or after your shift.
  • **Promotion Eligibility**: Eligible for promotions to management positions.
