Job Summary:

Factory Direct Marine & RV is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of customer paperwork, completing necessary documents for financing, and selling service contract upgrades. You will also train Sales Associates on proper paperwork completion and build relationships with local and national banks to secure the best rates possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer paperwork and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
  • Complete all necessary documents for financing and ensure Sales Associates have provided completed documents from customers in accordance with Factory Direct Marine & RV Policy.
  • Sell service contract upgrades to customers.
  • Train Sales Associates on proper paperwork completion for financing.
  • Build relationships with local and national banks to secure the best rates possible for customers.
  • Inform management of customer feedback about products.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with customers to promote repeat business.
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of Finance/Finance Management experience in a Dealership atmosphere preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to keep documents confidential and safe.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Able to handle and diffuse customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of RVs and Boats a plus.
  • Operating knowledge of computers is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and employees.
