Job Title: Environmental Services Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Lead to join our team at Omnia360 Facility Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of environmental staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the environmental staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and local regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in housekeeping or janitorial services.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
